Extrusion
We have 4 press lines with different features and capacities in our structure; It has an annual production capacity of 18000 tons as 7” diameter (2200 M TON), 7” DIAMETER (1700 M TON), 6” DIAMETER (1800 US TON), 4” DIAMETER (690 US TON). Addressing various sectors, ADO Aluminum uses aluminum billet with 6XXX alloy feature. For the profiles produced in accordance with TS EN 755 and TS EN 12020 standards, methods are used to provide the requested mechanical properties. There are 2 heat treatment furnaces with a length of 16 meters in our structure, and raw profile (mill finish) production can be carried out up to 14 meters.
